Throughout his career, he has held key sales leadership roles with renowned global organizations including IBM, Boston Scientific, and Karl Storz Endoscopy. Sagar went on to lead revenue teams for three venture-backed healthcare technology start-ups, consistently surpassing growth targets and helping them expand into new markets.

Most notably, during his tenure at Honor—a leading home care technology company—Sagar was instrumental in driving record-breaking sales performance that contributed to the company’s $1.25 billion “unicorn” valuation following its Series E funding round in 2021. It was also at Honor where Sagar was first exposed to the early use of AI in workforce management, long before it became mainstream. That experience became the foundation for his current mission.
